1. Coordinate Pickup
Connect with the provider to confirm the pickup location, date, time, and any important logistics before arriving. This may include parking details, loading instructions, building access, gate codes, item handling notes, or anything else you should know before pickup.
Please arrive on time and communicate as early as possible if your plans change or if you are running late. Clear communication helps ensure a smooth pickup experience for both you and the provider.
2. Confirm Pickup + Complete the Prop Condition Form
Once you’ve picked up your props, click Confirm Pickup in your booking thread and complete the Prop Condition Form.
This form allows you to document the condition of the items at the start of your rental. We encourage you to take photos and note any existing wear, marks, damage, or other condition details.
Completing this form helps protect you as the renter if the provider later reports damage after the rental is complete. We recommend filling it out as soon as possible after pickup, before the items are used, moved, or styled on set.
3. Coordinate Drop-off
As your booking nears its end, connect with the provider to confirm the drop-off location, timing, and any return logistics. Please make sure all items are returned by the end of your booking window and in the same condition they were received.
If items are not returned by the end of your booking window, Setcircle reserves the right to charge a late fee. Late fees are intended to help compensate the owner when items are kept beyond the agreed rental period. You can learn more in our Rental Late Fee Policy in the Help Center.
4. Leave a Review
After your rental is complete, please leave a review of your provider to share your experience and help keep our community accountable.
Reviews help future renters understand what to expect and help Setcircle maintain a respectful, reliable rental community.
After the Props Are Returned
After the items are returned, the provider will complete a Prop Review Form. This allows the provider to document the condition of the returned items and upload photos if they notice any potential damage.
