Rental Late Fee Policy

Setcircle reserves the right to charge renters a late fee if items are not returned by the end of the final day of their booking.

Late fees are calculated based on the item’s daily rate, which is determined by dividing the weekly rental price by 7. Each additional day that an item is not returned may be eligible for a late fee.

Late fees are applied at the discretion of the provider. We encourage providers to request a late fee when a delay occurs through no fault of their own.

Exceptions to the Late Fee Policy

A late fee may not apply if the pickup and drop-off days are the same. In this case, renters are given an additional grace day to return the item.

Net 30 Policy

Providers can expect compensation within a maximum of 30 calendar days after claim approval.


What to Do If a Renter Returns Your Props Late

If a renter returns your props late, please contact Setcircle to begin the claim process.

Once we receive your claim, we’ll work with you to review the situation and make sure you are properly compensated for the inconvenience.
